Richmond Wellness Center provides individual, couples and family therapy. The other component of RWC is collaborating with community involvement to enhance wellness and mental health groups.
I understand the importance of relationships, whether it be family, friend or romantic. We all want to feel connected and supported. Intimacy isn't only about the physical act of sex. Matt Lundquist, a psychotherapist, describes intimacy as being close to someone in a manner that isn't about what they bring or what they do. It's not about their cooking, how handsome or beautiful they are or their funny jokes. Deep intimacy is being with someone in their "their-ness."
Life is full of transitions, and navigating those changes can be challenging. Whether it is learning to balance school/work as a young adult, getting married, having a child, struggling relationship, divorce or death of a loved one, I am here to guide and support you during your journey.
